Time to cool down!

Well I am with my partner sitting in Makati Avenue in the Philippines, so busy compared to what we have back home in Sydney. Having a few beers and some novelty drinks, why not they are only like $1.5 $1AUD good quality reputable local alcohol, add a few dollars and you can have any type of food you fancy from $5-10AUD!

Cant fail to notice the amount of exotic and modified cars passing through the slow moving traffic, then again it is friday night and I know in some places in Manila there are a few people having fun racing on the streets. From where I am sitting it does not feel or seem like a third world country. But hey even if you did see the locals here people have a sense of satisfaction, no matter how hard life is people know how to have fun, and no matter what you will still see a smile on their faces. Kids here inspite of how unfortunate they can improvise and construct their own toys out of used cans etc.. what ever they can find and the rest is driven by their immaginations, how resourceful isnt it but at the same time sad to see. Makes you appreciate life more, yet we cry and sulk because we cant install ITB's or have them latest wheels on our cars :)

You guys may seem to also think I just took off and left Sydney with out much warning, but there is a very good reason for that mainly stress! 2013 was very busy for us and I must admitt I bit more than I can chew that year, and I have been feeling and developing very bad anxiety attacks when my phone rings, when our dog barks etc.... even though the financial side of the business was good I can no longer operate efficiently. So I learnt that there is a time where I have to draw the line no matter what people think. I do then again must take care of my self first before anything else, because with out me LLT-Racing is no more ;) I am sure inspite of the repercussions due to my actions I look forward to what 2014 has for me and LLT's.

There is an engine in my own car!

It has been a while since I had a car with an engine :) when people use to tell me "a barber will conduct everyones haircut but does not have time to maintain his own hair" or "a mechanic fixes everyone car other than his own" is so damn true. In this sort of industry there is no such thing as time management with your own car! No matter how much you organise or time you spend towards finishing your own project it is plain impossible. But this time around luck has been good to me, I was able to inherit this mirage, kinda anyway I shall try my best to put some work towards it or even a diffrent engine other than the grumpy 1.5 SOHC that simply dont move! So far my plans are all cosmetics I am at that age where I dont give a f*%k at the moment anyway. I did make an effort I installed my CJ4A cyborg lip, genuine PIAA foglight kit and some OEM sideskirts.

Another Milestone!

Surely you people know that we have the fastest FWD Mitsubishi naturally aspirated in Australia. First it started off with low 14's then a 13.9 and in Jamboree 2013 we were fortunate to break a 13.68! using next to no modifications in suspension or weight reduction. Last night in our home drag way WSID we attended the usual wed. night street meet, this time with suspension work and no interior. We managed to run 13.61 consistently so I am confident to say that the time we achieved in Jamboree 2013 is well and truely backed up. Good job to to our crew especially Ivan for driving flawless that night.

One day I will be able to finish the official LLT demo car. What engine it will be remains a mystery, dont expect it to be another 4g9x or 4g63. Day in day out we try to punch out new products and ideas for the beloved 5th gen lancer mirage chassis. I know I am in good hands this year, I have a pretty good crew on my back full of fresh ideas and diffrent approach to goals. One thing is for sure we will have a new engine conversion soon and you ppl will love this :) it will certainly put LLT right in the ma

So LLT-Racing went to victoria to help diagnose a problem from a 4G93 forged engine. Successfully pin pointing the problem however new parts will be needed to bring back to its best. Anyway since I am back everything back as usual. Please keep those emails and enquiries coming through. Thanks for your patience.
